As part of the NEA Big Read Lakeshore focusing on Circe by Madeline Miller, the North Muskegon Branch of MADL is delighted to host Dr. Stephen Maiullo, Assistant Professor of Classics at Hope College. Dr. Maiullo will discuss Circe, explore what the book is about,how it is connected to other Greek classics, and how it compares to Greek culture and society.
