Nathaniel Philbrick, author of In the Heart of the Sea, will be joined by Hope College’s very own Dr. Fred Johnson for a conversation and Q & A. We’ll get to hear about his books, writing and more! He’ll share with us his experiences around writing In the Heart of the Sea, his passion for Moby Dick (did you know he really disliked it as a young adult?!) and his insights into the telling of our nation’s stories, past and present.
