In conjunction with the Big Read and in partnership with Hope’s Center for Diversity and Inclusion and the Kruizenga Art Museum this event will feature the Motherland Culture Connections who will showcase different African cultures by performing music, dancing, and spoken word. After this presentation, the audience will walk over to the KAM for a small kick-off reception for the Parallels Art Exhibit.
