Back by popular demand! Join The Big Read for this awesome cruise to kick off our series of Big Read Lakeshore events. We invite you to join us aboard the Aquastar as we cruise Muskegon Lake, sample amazing cheese from the Cheese Lady, and listen to Ellen Paulin of Tri-Cities Historical Museum as she delights us with the story of prohibition, murder, and the ghost of Kate Koopman. Adult beverages are available for purchase. This event is free, but space is limited. 21 and up and registration is required. Also, an HPL or MADL Library Card is required. 5:30 pm boarding. Cruise departs promptly at 6:00 pm. Registration is open from Sept 4 @ 6 pm to Oct 2 @ 6 pm and can be found on the MADL website linked to the right.
